SmartTrade Australia is a trade-based rewards program, offering businesses the opportunity to earn points for every dollar spent with participating program partners. Visit the ‘Join’ tab on this site and fill in the form to get started with SmartTrade today.
Points are earned when you spend with participating program partners and keep your account paid current.
As well as earning points for your industry spend, you can also earn points on everyday things like office supplies, cleaning and hygiene products, paper and more – get everything your workplace needs with Winc.
Click on the ‘Earn points’ tab to view participating program partners, select who you would like to earn points from and submit your details. If you have an existing account with the supplier, please include your account number.
If your request is accepted and you’re eligible to earn points, we’ll connect the new relationship to your SmartTrade account and you’ll start earning points for every dollar you spend.
You can check your points balance anytime by logging into your dashboard via the Rewards Shop or by logging into the SmartTrade app.
As you accumulate points, you can look forward to choosing from a wide array of products in the online Rewards Shop. There’s over 5,000 rewards to choose from including the latest tech, homewares, food, wine, kids toys and more.
Better yet, if you have something specific in mind, with our Dream Rewards service, you can get virtually any reward you want!

Yes, you can combine points and cash to get your rewards even faster! Simply find the items you want in the Rewards Shop, add them to your cart and you’ll be prompted to top up using Mastercard, Visa credit card or a valid debit card at checkout.
With the SmartTrade Rewards app you can check your points balance, redeem rewards, unlock exclusive deals and discounts, enter giveaways and get the latest program updates.
To download the app, search ‘My Rewards by Smart Loyalty’ in the Google Play or App Store and login using your email address and password. If it’s your first-time logging in, click ‘new member’ and you will be sent an email prompting you to set up your password.
Yes, points will expire after 3 years if you have not used them. You can check if you have points risking expiry anytime via the SmartTrade app or by logging into your online dashboard.
If you no longer wish to remain a member of any program run by Smart Loyalty, you can delete the profile associated with your membership.
Deleting a profile deletes all account details, data files and communication preferences for your account profile. To re-join any of the programs you will need to apply again.
To delete your membership profile:
- Login to your account on the mobile app
- Tap the ‘More’ menu.
- Scroll down and tap ‘Delete account’.
- Tap the ‘Delete My Account’ button to confirm the process.
- Your account will be deleted and you will be automatically logged-out of the app.
